I was born, raised and live beside the Manawatu river in Foxton. I am of Māori heritage (Ngāti Raukawa and Ngāti Kuia). I have a passion for sharing stories – past and present – of my local area. Together with my wife Eileen Taylor, a registered teacher, Matua Victor's Guided Walking Tours was developed. I offer Foxton guided walking tours usually of 45-minute duration, that focus on nature and local history.
